Chief Financial Officer – Yuułuʔiłʔatḥ Government

WMC is excited to partner with the Yuułuʔiłʔatḥ Government to search for a strategic and collaborative leader to serve as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Located in hitac̓u on the stunning West Coast of Vancouver Island, the Yuułuʔiłʔatḥ Government oversees 5,500 hectares of Treaty Settlement Land, fostering a community of approximately 700 members. Under a government-to-government relationship with Canada and British Columbia, they prioritize strengthening cultural identity through education and community initiatives.

As a key figure within this dynamic environment, you’ll provide strategic financial leadership and expert guidance to the Executive and Legislature, ensuring all financial endeavours align seamlessly with organizational objectives.

From leading the finance department to managing budgets, forecasting, and strategic planning, the CFO plays a pivotal role in driving financial sustainability and positive impact.
