Executive Director – Lift Community Services

We are excited to partner with Lift Community Services (Lift) to search for a forward-thinking and mission-driven leader to serve as Executive Director.

Lift is situated in the beautiful qathet region, within the traditional homelands of the Tla’amin People. Headquartered in Powell River, Lift is dedicated to helping individuals thrive in the qathet region by addressing social inequities and providing support and advocacy for those in need. With a vision to foster a welcoming, inclusive, and diversity-affirming community free from poverty and full of heart, Lift collaborates with community partners and individuals facing barriers to create equity and hope, establishing sustainable housing and employment, and providing a range of inclusive, supportive services.

The Executive Director will report directly to the Board of Directors and serve as the strategic leader of Lift, leading a dedicated senior leadership team and overseeing operations, including program development, nurturing intergovernmental and community partnerships, funding, financial stewardship, and enhancing community engagement. We are looking for a unique individual who will lead with vision, integrity, and a commitment to service.
