Ann spent almost a decade in various marketing roles before developing her own executive search research practice over the past nine years. Ann has worked across various industries, including roles in real estate development, mining, associations, healthcare, conservation, and government agencies.

Ann is known as an excellent communicator and listener and approaches her work with focus and attention to detail. She has an MBA from Western University.
