WMC is proud to partner with the BC Indigenous Housing Society (BCIHS) in the search for a dynamic and experienced Director, Human Resources.

BCIHS is dedicated to providing safe, attainable housing for over 1,000 Indigenous individuals and families across British Columbia. Rooted in Indigenous ways of knowing and being, and guided by the 7 Laws – Health, Happiness, Humbleness, Generations, Generosity, Forgiveness, and Understanding – BCIHS fosters vibrant, inclusive communities that honor and strengthen cultural and familial connections.

We’re looking for a Director, Human Resources to lead transformative HR strategies and champion a workplace culture of service, collaboration, and safety while supporting embedding organizational values into every aspect of BCIHS’s operations. In this key role, you will lead the HR function, modernize HR systems, enhance employee engagement, and drive recruitment to support BCIHS’s vital mission.
