WMC is excited to partner with the Coquitlam Public Library to search for a dynamic and visionary leader to serve as Director, Public Services.

With two established locations, a mobile library service, and an upcoming third location, the Coquitlam Public Library is expanding to better serve their diverse population’s evolving needs. Their mission, grounded in values of openness, inclusion, respect, curiosity, and a deep love of learning, drives every aspect of the library’s work.

As the Director, Public Services, you’ll play a pivotal role on the Executive Leadership Team. Reporting to the Executive Director, you’ll spearhead community consultation strategies, translating feedback into tangible actions and tailored services. Your leadership will guide programming initiatives, optimize space utilization, and ensure operations align with organizational goals.
