General Manager, Operations – Bone & Biscuit Co.

We have partnered with the Bone & Biscuit Co. to seek a highly motivated and experienced professional to join their team as the General Manager, Operations.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operations and maintenance of their expanding network of franchise stores across Canada. The GM, Operations has a hands-on role in problem-solving day-to-day operational challenges and providing timely and innovative solutions. They will also be developing and implementing processes and best practices to enhance operational effectiveness across the franchise network.

The Bone & Biscuit Company is seeking a problem-solver who can think innovatively and proactively to evaluate alternatives and quickly recommend solutions to operational challenges and issues. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader and skilled communicator with the ability to develop trusted relationships.
