Reporting directly to the CEO, the VP will drive business growth, oversee financial operations, and lead strategic initiatives including mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and risk management. This role also includes leadership of the finance department to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
We seek a principled leader with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred), and 5-10 years of experience, ideally in First Nations economic development. Key qualifications include negotiation skills, financial acumen, Excel proficiency, and strong leadership, communication, and presentation abilities. Familiarity with the social and economic dynamics of the Pacific Northwest is essential.
