Marina brings over 23 years of diverse experience across public and private sectors, specializing in Strategic Advisory, Operations & Performance Improvement, People Services, and Organizational Change Management. Her impressive portfolio includes successful projects with industry leaders such as BDO Canada, the City of Calgary, Alberta Energy Regulator, ENMAX, and ATCO.

Marina is renowned for her ability to nurture client relationships and cultivate environments conducive to collaboration and innovation. She holds an Economics degree and certifications in Business Analysis and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, which empower her strategic approach to consulting.
